It's time to stop blaming the weight gain on college. It's time to get serious.
I want to lose the weight as healthily as possible. I plan on eating between 1,200 and 1,500 calories a day and running 3-6 miles. In addition to running I’ll mix in yoga and other cross-training. Can’t wait!
